Who is the controller
The data controller is SIA “Vizo Media”, reg. no. 40203420359, VAT no. LV40203420359. FOTOAVĪZE is a Momentbox brand.

What data we process and why
Enquiry form. Event type, date, name, phone, e-mail, comment, venue and number of guests, and the page you sent the enquiry from. We use them to prepare a quote and contact you. Legal basis: steps before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Event photos. We process the photos and newspaper pages taken at an event to perform the contract with the organiser: printing the pages, making digital copies and a private gallery. Legal basis: contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). We only publish samples in our gallery with the client’s consent.
Visit statistics. If you accept statistics cookies, Google Analytics 4 measures visits, pages and clicks. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
WhatsApp or e-mail. If you write to us yourself, we process the message to reply. WhatsApp is a Meta service and its own terms apply.
Who else handles the data
Web3Forms delivers the enquiry form to our e-mail. Hetzner Online GmbH hosts the site on servers in the European Union. Google Ireland Limited provides Google Analytics, only with your consent; data may be transferred to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and correspondence: up to 3 years after the last contact. Event photos: 6 months after the event, then deleted. Accounting records: for the period required by law. Google Analytics data: up to 14 months.
Cookies and browser storage
Necessary items are needed for the site to work, so they do not need consent. Statistics items are only switched on if you agree. We do not use marketing cookies.

Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to processing, receive your data in a portable format and withdraw consent at any time. Write to redakcija@fotoavize.lv; we reply within 30 days.
If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate: www.dvi.gov.lv.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version will appear on this page with a new effective date.
