We will not name a specific amount in this article, because we calculate the price of a photo newspaper for each event separately. What we can do is explain what the price is made of and what makes it higher or lower.
Why the price is not fixed
A fixed price would mean one package for everyone. But an evening for 30 guests at a winery and a wedding for 150 guests are very different jobs. That is why we prepare the quote based on your date, venue and number of guests. It shows exactly what you are paying for.
What the price is made of
The price has three main parts. The first is the photographer’s working time at the event. The second is the number of prints, that is, how many pages we print on the night. The third is the layout design before the event: the masthead, your story and the style of the era. We include travel costs in the quote, so there are no surprises later.
What the quote includes
The quote lists the photographer’s hours and where the print station will stand and what it needs. It also says when the layout will be ready and how guests will get their digital copies. Everything is in one document, with no asterisks and no small print.
When to start planning
We design the layout before the event, so the earlier you book, the more time there is for it. Saturdays in wedding season usually go first. If your wedding is in summer, get in touch the autumn or winter before.
